​We are the Ladies. from the California Academy of Mathematics and Science and we are here to make a change, period.

​The main focus for Project Period. is the provision and awareness of hygiene products for underprivileged women, which means addressing and improving the accessibility of menstrual products as well as reforming public judgement on menstruation as a whole. We aim to help develop a better educated community among all genders, and we strive to make women feel assured and safe regarding the supply and accessibility of hygiene products not only in their homes, but also in public places.

​Women should not feel shameful of their body's natural cycle, and it is unfortunate that these feminine processes are looked down on and ridiculed in our society. By executing this project, we are determined to bring hope and security to all women, and ensure that issues regarding menstruation will never be ignored.
