OVER 120 CARE PACKAGES MADE

FOR WOMEN IN HOMELESS SHELTERS

PRESENTATIONS TO NEARLY 150 STUDENTS

SURVEY RESPONSES FROM OVER 250

PEOPLE, RANGING FROM 14-19 YEAR OLDS

With our work, we were able to impact a variety of people, from high school students to adults, and mainly women in homeless shelters. We donated over 120 care packages, each lasting over a month for women at the Women's Shelter of Long Beach. Our presentations at the STEM Symposium and in class educated hundreds of students, supplying them with the knowledge that they may need for the rest of their life. This doesn't just include the significance of these issues on our community, but how important it is to be aware that periods exist, and while they do, we must work to help those who undergo these monthly cycles. We worked extremely hard to make others aware of how important this issue regarding the lack of access to our community is, and we've done that through several platforms, impacting and inspiring hundreds.
