MEETINGS
Over the course of the past six months, we met at least once a week for 40-45 minutes during lunch to discuss plans for ongoing and future projects in our advisor's classroom. We coordinated and delegated tasks to people who had similar tasks to their job role in the group, and we had support from our advisor, Ms. Davis, in developing all of these events. When there were weeks where we couldn't meet due to conflict of schedule, we would have extra meetings the following week to catch up. In addition to in-person meetings, we kept up through a group conversation on Facebook Messenger for updates on our project.
